崔溥（1454年～1504年）字渊渊，号锦南，明朝朝鲜全罗道罗州（即今韩国务安郡）人，24岁中进士第三名，29岁中文科乙科第一名，1487年任朝鲜弘文馆副校理（五品官员），奉王命赴济州岛执行公务。明弘治元年（1488年）闰正月初，因其父去世渡海返家奔丧，与同船的从吏、护军、仆人、水手等42人，不幸遭风暴袭击。漂流海上并最终在中国官员和百姓的帮助下返回朝鲜。《漂海录》即是其这次遭遇的沿途记录，是研究中国明代历史的重要史料。
